James is currently the choreographer for the Goodspeed Opera House production of THE MYSTERY of EDWIN DROOD playing until June 2nd and is about to choreograph the World Premier of the new musical THE PILOT and THE LITTLE PRINCE in Poland. He is also Tour Choreographer for the International Tour of "THE SOUND OF MUSIC" He was recently in California staging YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN the Musical at La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts starring Sally Struthers.

James is the founder and creative director of AUDITION TRUTH, a vocal and dance/movement workshop which helps prepare musical theater performers for the high-pressure world of Broadway. James has taught AUDITION TRUTH a Broadway intensive workshop in the UK and NYC and across America to performers of all ages
He has also taught workshops at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Arts Educational , London Studio Centre, The International College of Musical Theatre and the Urdang Academy in London and NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Steps on Broadway, Broadway Dance Center, The Growing Studio, Luigi's Jazz Centre, Manhattan Youth Ballet and the Open Jar Institute and Open Jar Studios in NYC
